The patient Shri Pancharam (Kanhaiya Ram father Shri Atwa Ram) suffered a head injuries in a road accident, which was referred to Ambikapur, he was referred to Ambuipur from Raipur to better treatment. The Chief Medical and Health Officer of the district informed that the hospital which was referred to Mr. Panchamam at Raipur, this hospital is a registered hospital under Ayushman Bharat Scheme. Where the treatment was to be done through the smart card, but the smart card was not used by the concerned hospital functioning negligently. The amount will be paid to the hospital through the Ayushmann Bharat / Sanjivani Fund and at the same time, the amount paid by the victim patient will be returned to the concerned hospital.

In a daily newspaper published on November 23, 2018, the requisite action was initiated by the district administration in the immediate cognition by the District Administration published in the 'Capital of the District, the injured hill korawa and his daughter-in-law of the district'. The Chief Medical Officer of the district, requesting for urgent action was requested by giving information on telephone from Raipur, Additional Chief Executive Officer of Ayushman India.

Acting on behalf of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Swasthya Yojana ACEO Shri Katre, inspection by the team was conducted by the team in the concerned hospital, it was found that the patient was admitted to the discharge on 05 November 2018, on the morning of 23 November 2018 At 9 pm, Ambulance has been sent to her home village Lamdaraha Village Panchayat Kamariya, The necessary documents were examined before the scrutiny. Necessary action is being taken in this regard. Through this whole activity, constant efforts were made by the District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer on behalf of the District Administration to enable the concerned to reach their homes safely.
