Along with Photo Voter ID Card (EPIC), The Election Commission of India has approved 12 other alternative ID cards for the upcoming Bhanupratappur assembly by-election on December 5. Voters who reach the polling station can exercise their right to vote by showing any one of these identity cards.

Aadhaar card, MNREGA job card, passbook with photo issued by banks or post offices, health insurance smart card issued under the scheme of Ministry of Labor, driving license, PAN card, smart card issued by RGI under NPR as alternative identity cards, Indian passport, pension document with photo, service identity card with photo issued by Central, State Government and Public Undertaking, Id card issued by Public Limited Companies to their employees, Government identity card issued to MPs, MLAs, Members of Legislative Council, Unique Disability ID (UDID) card issued by Indian government's Ministery of social justice and Empowerment is recognized. Only the original passport (and no other identity document) will be accepted as proof of identity of overseas voters registered in the electoral roll.

In compliance with the instructions given by the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel to collectors for the quick disposal of revenue cases, a door-to-door campaign has been commenced in Dhamtari tehsil of Dhamtari district. Under this campaign, Patwaris are going door-to-door in the homes of the small account holders, farmers and taking information related to their revenue cases and resolving the revenue cases as soon as possible under the prescribed procedure. Necessary documents for caste, income and residence certificates are also being made available to the people after reaching their homes, due to which people now do not have to make rounds of Patwari and Tehsil offices.

In Dhamtari tehsil, this house-to-house campaign has been started from 02 November 2022 on the instructions of District Collector Shri P.S.Elma. Under this campaign, instructions have been given to the Patwaris to make personal contact with the account holders residing in all the villages of their respective areas and to Upload the list of heirs in the Bhuiyan portal after getting information about the death of the account holders. The concerned Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar should pass the order for replacement within the stipulated time.

Instructions have also been given to Patwaris that during house visits, Patwaris should take information related to caste, income, residence certificate from the residents and provide necessary documents to them if needed. Patwaris have also been instructed to go to the schools of their respective constituencies at least two days a week and provide necessary cooperation in making caste certificates of every student.

Under the door-to-door campaign, out of total 70 thousand 643 account holders under Dhamtari tehsil, Patwaris have so far contacted 19 thousand people. According to the information received from Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Dhamtari Mr. Vibhor Agarwal, 370 cases of false nomination were provided for registration in the Bhuiyan portal, on which the process of renaming has been started. Similarly, necessary documents were made available to 1806 people for caste certificate. RBC 6-4 and other 392 miscellaneous reports have also been provided to the general public by the Patwaris.

Out of 20 thousand 233 students of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes studying in Dhamtari Tehsil from class 6th to 12th, so far caste certificates of 15 thousand 274 students have been made. Action is being taken to make the caste certificates of the remaining students at the earliest.

Under this campaign, the staff of the Revenue Department is going door-to-door contacting numerous people and providing them with proper support in solving the revenue related problems. People are happy and relieved with with this facility being provided to them. Due to this door to door campaign reaching numerous 'Mohalla and Bastis',general public does not have to visit Patwari or Tehsil office and their time and labor is being saved to a great extent. On the commencement of this campaign, the people of this tehsil are expressing their gratitude to the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel and the district administration for this endeavour.

Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar are also inspecting the work of patwaris by making rounds in their areas. Under the campaign, the staff of the Revenue Department is on a mission to meet maximum number of people and solve their problems.

Keeping in view the best interest of children, necessary amendments have been made in the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act. On the basis of these amendments, new Adoption Regulation 2022 has been made to simplify and speed up the process. As per the new Adoption Rules and Regulation, the District Magistrate (District Collector) has been given the responsibility and authorized to take the final decision in cases of adoption and issue orders accordingly. Earlier, the order in case of adoption cases was issued by the court. Now all the procedures of adoption will be done at the district-level, as per the order of the District Magistrate. Now District Child Protection Unit has a more important role to play in the regulation. This information was provided today in the state-level orientation training workshop organized on the topic of 'New Adoption Regulation 2022' at New Circuit House, Civil Lines, Raipur. The workshop was jointly organized by Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) New Delhi, State Adoption Resource Agency and

Women and Child Development Department.

In the workshop, Chairperson of the State Child Protection Commission, Mrs. Tejkunwar Netam, representative of Central Adoption Authority, Government of India, Mr. Manish Tripathi and senior officer Mrs. Rupanshi Pandey, Director of Women and Child Development Department, Mrs. Divya Mishra, State Coordinator of Health Directorate, Dr.V. .R. Bhagat, UNICEF representative Mr. Abhishek Singh were present.

Mrs. Tej Kunwar Netam said that giving up a child for adoption and or adopting a child, both demand a great deal of responsibility and should be done with utmost sensitivity. He informed the officials that District Collectors have been authorized under the new regulation. Officials were informed to expedite the adoption procedures and complete it at the earliest, so that the future of the children can be secured. Expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, he said that concrete arrangements have been made for the safety and care of children living in institutions in Chhattisgarh. Describing the importance of proper upbringing and education for the children, he called upon the teachers, parents and citizens of the society to give the right direction to the future of the children.

Kara's representative Mr. Manish Tripathi said that all-round development of a child takes place in a family. The main objective of Regulation Adoption Act is to bring children into the mainstream of the society and give them a safe childhood in a loving family. Mrs. Rupanshi Pandey said that to encourage adoption, the month of November is celebrated as Adoption Month. Adoption Regulation 2022 has been implemented by making important amendments to simplify the process of adoption. As per these amendments, District Magistrate has been entrusted with important additional powers. District Child Protection Officer has been given additional responsibilities. Necessary amendments have been made in the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act 1956 (HAMA). He told that a help desk has also been set up to solve the problems related to adoption.

Director Mrs. Divya Mishra said that adoption is a work of sensitivity and affection, and this is the reason why the scheme for such children who do not have families and who need care and protection, has been named Mission Vatsalya. He said that sensitization of the District Collectors is also necessary to speed up the adoption of children. The sooner the work is done, the sooner we will be able to give families and a secure future to the children.

Chief Medical Officers have an important role in adoption as well, so they were also included prominently in the workshop. Chief Medical Officers were directed to told that the medical examination report of the children should be prepared carefully. Disintegration of a family can be avoided if children's disability or illness is known in advance. Explaining the purpose of organizing the workshop, Joint Director of Women and Child Development Department, Mr. Nandlal Chaudhary said that necessary amendments have been made in the new regulation to simplify the process of adoption and reduce the time taken for the process. Providing family and care to the child in time can improve his future.

The chairman of state's child welfare committees, chief medical and health officer, district child protection officer, protection officer (non-institutional care), superintendents of child homes and representatives of specialized adoption agencies participated in the workshop.

5.73 lakh metric tonnes of paddy has been lifted from the societies for custom milling

Since the inception of paddy procurement at support price in the state, about 13.34 lakh metric tonnes of paddy has been purchased by the state government so far till Wednesday. Nearly Rs 2803 crore has been paid to 3 lakh 85 thousand 822 farmers in the lieu of paddy purchase.

Meanwhile, along with paddy procurement, the work of lifting paddy for custom milling is also going on at a rapid pace. About 5.73 lakh metric tonnes of paddy has been lifted from the societies for custom milling. An estimated 110 lakh metric tonnes of paddy will be procured this year.

Due to the proper arrangement of paddy procurement by the state government, farmers are reaching the paddy procurement centres with great enthusiasm. The 'Token Tunhar Haath' mobile app has been developed by the state for the convenience of farmers coming to sell their paddy. Now they do not have to wait in long queues as they are getting tokens online through the mobile app. Besides, tokens are also being issued manually in advance keeping in view the convenience of farmers.

Food Secretary Shri Topeshwar Verma said that on November 23, a total of 1,30,098 metric tonnes of paddy has been procured from 38,498 farmers. Apart from this, more than 23,666 metric tonnes of paddy has been procured from farmers who obtained online tokens. About 50,283 offline tokens and 7265 online tokens have been issued across the state for Thursday.

He added that the work of lifting paddy for paddy is being done simultaneously with the paddy procurement like last year. So far, D.O. has been issued for the lifting of 8,46,831 metric tonnes of paddy, in lieu of which 5 lakh metric tonnes of paddy has been lifted from the procurement centres.

The Food Secretary said that in the current season, nearly 25.92 lakh farmers have been registered in the state to sell paddy at the state support price, including 2.23 lakh new registrations. As many as 2568 procurement centres have been set up for paddy procurement in the state. This year, normal paddy is being purchased from farmers at the rate of Rs 2040 per quintal and grade-A paddy at Rs 2060 per quintal. Strict vigil is being maintained through check posts to prevent illegal transportation of paddy from border states.

The second phase of the Chhattisgarhiya Olympic Games, organized for the protection and promotion of Chhattisgarhi traditional sports, has commenced in Raipur district. Today Panchayat and Rural Development Minister and in-charge of the district Mr. Ravindra Choubey inaugurated the district level competitions under the Chhattisgarh Olympics at Subhash Stadium,Raipur. On this occasion, Mr. Choubey said that Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has tried to save the traditional sports of Chhattisgarh through this sports event and to give them a new identity at a global level. Mr. Choubey further said that the success of this event is evident by the participation of children, youth and elders in large numbers in every village of the state and this is a very happy moment for the people of Chhattisgarh. The Panchayat Minister congratulated all the people of the state participating in this district level competition. On this occasion, Mayor of Municipal Corporation Raipur Mr. Ejaz Dhebar, Mayor of Birgaon Municipal Corporation Mr. Nand Lal Dewangan, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission Mr. Gyanesh Sharma, Chairman of Cooperative Bank Mr. Pankaj Sharma, Collector Mr. Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure and CEO of District Panchayat Mr. Akash Chikara, respected public representatives and school students were also present.

Giving information about the event, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure said that as per the intention of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, the Chhattisgarh Olympic Games have been going on from October 6. The entire district was divided into 6 zones for the participation of players from different zones . The winners in the zonal games are now getting a chance to participate in the district level competition as well. The collector informed that the district level competitions will continue till November 25. The winners of these games will also be given citations. District level winners will be able to participate in state level competitions.

Fourteen sports, three grounds, 1400 players –

in this competition, the winners of the zone level will now compete in 14 sports. Raipur district level sports competitions are being organized on three big grounds which will witness Competitions of Kabaddi, Banti, Pithul, Billas, Fugdi, Gedi Run and Bhaura are being held at Netaji Subhash Stadium. Kho-kho, gilli-danda and Rassa kheench competitions are being held at the Sapre Shala ground. Competitions for 100 meters race, long jump, and Sankhali games are being held at Swami Vivekananda Stadium Kota. About one thousand four hundred players are participating in these games.

Raipur : As per instructions of Chief Minister Shri Baghel, road repair work is being done on a 'war footing'

According to the instructions of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, the work of repair and restoration of pothole-riddled roads across the state is being completed on a war footing. The repair and restoration of roads has ensured the smooth flow of vehicular traffic across the state.

In this series, an amount of Rs 55.39 crore was sanctioned for repair work of a total of 96 roads (327 km length)--constructed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana and more than 5 years old--in the Bilaspur district.

After receiving approval as per the instructions of the Chief Minister, the department has started the work of repairing and restoration of roads in all the development blocks of Bilaspur district on a war footing. So far, the renovation work of 21 roads has been completed. The repair work of all remaining rural roads is in progress and will be completed at the earliest.

Bilaspur Public Works Department Executive Engineer said that the repair and restoration work of all remaining roads will be completed by March next year. The residents of the area are overwhelmed with the repair and renovation of the roads constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. They have expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Baghel for this.

Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Bilaspur Project Circle Superintending Engineer Shri Sanjay Sharma said that an amount of about Rs 160 crore has been approved for the repair and restoration of a total of 352 roads (1258 km length) under Bilaspur, Mungeli, Korba, and Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi districts. Under this, repair work has been started in all the districts. All the contractors concerned have been instructed to complete the repair work without compromising the quality compulsorily before March next year.

CRPF establishes 3 new bases in LWE hit areas of Chhattisgarh, Jhar khand

New Delhi, Nov 22 (PTI) The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has established three new forward bases in the remote Naxal violence affected areas of Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand as part of its strategy to strike deep into the Maoist strongholds.

While one each forward operating base (FOB) has been established in Chhattisgarh's Sukma and Bijapur districts, the third has been created in the West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand.

These FOBs will serve as a base for the security forces to launch coordinated operations in the surrounding areas and will also help in cutting off the Maoist supply lines, a CRPF spokesperson said.

Chhattisgarh Millet Mission has given a major boost to the cultivation of Kodo, Kutki and Ragi (Millets) in the state and has made it profitable for the farmers taking millet crops. On the special initiative of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, millets are being procured at support prices and this has helped the farmers to earn crores of rupees. In the last season, farmers had sold 34298 quintals of millets at the support price for Rs 10 crore 45 lakh. Chhattisgarh is the only state in the country, where Kodo, Kutki and Ragi are being procured at the support price and the work of its value addition is also being done. Kodo-Kutki is being procured at the rate of Rs.3000 per quintal on the support price and ragi is being procured at the rate of Rs.3377 per quintal.

With the support and guidance of Chhattisgarh State Seed Certification Institute, farmers have started producing certified seeds of Kodo and are earning substantial profits through the same. In last one year, the number of farmers producing certified seeds has increased by almost 5 times and the income from this has increased 4 times. In the year 2021-22, 3089 quintals of certified seeds were produced by 171 farmers of 11 districts of the state. These seeds were procured by Seed Corporation at the rate of Rs. 4150 per quintal, against which an amount of more than one crore 28 lakh 18 thousand was paid to the farmers. The certified seeds produced by the farmers of the state are being supplied for sowing, through cooperative societies.

Mr. AB Asana, Additional Director of Seed Certification Institute, said that in the year 2020-21, only 716 quintals of certified seeds were produced by 36 farmers of 7 districts in the state, and their income that year was only Rs 32 lakh 88 thousand, whereas in 2021-22 the number of Kodo seed producing farmers and the profit from the sale of seeds both have increased manifold. In the last three years, Kodo certified seed producing farmers have sold seeds worth Rs 1 crore 65 lakh 18 thousand 633 to the Chhattisgarh Seed Development Corporation.

Additional Director Mr. Asana told that cultivation of Kodo is more beneficial in the agricultural land where the production of paddy is nominal. Kodo cultivation requires less water and less fertilizer, and so it has low input cost and high profit for the farmers. He informed that in the year 2019-20, only 103 quintals of certified seeds were produced in the state. Since the implementation of the Millet Mission, Chhattisgarh State Seed Certification Institute, in coordination with other government institutions, is making continuous efforts to promote Kodo seed production and these efforts are bearing significantly positive results.

It is worth mentioning that Chhattisgarh has received the National Level Nutritious Grain Award 2022 for promoting millet farming. To further promote millets production in the state, state government has included millet farming under the scope of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. Millets producing farmers are being provided exchange grant of Rs 9 thousand per acre as an incentive.

The cultivation of Kodo, Kutki and Ragi is being continuously expanded in the state. The area under millet cultivation has increased from 69 thousand hectare to one lakh 88 thousand hectare in the state. Millet Mission is being implemented with the objective of promoting millet cultivation, training of farmers, availability of high quality seeds and increase in productivity. 14 districts have signed a tripartite MoU with IIMR Hyderabad under the Millet Mission with the efforts of the Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Association. Under the Chhattisgarh Millet Mission, a target has also been set to increase the productivity of millet from 4.5 quintals per acre to 9 quintals

World Health Organization has praised the Haat Bazar Clinic scheme of Chhattisgarh, saying that the scheme is effective in providing healthcare facilities to the people remote villages and forest areas. WHO has prepared a documentary film based on this scheme of Chhattisgarh Government., which was released by Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel today in a program organized at his residence office in Raipur. The film will be screened at the World Health Organisation's headquarters in Geneva.

WHO representative Dr. Hilde D. Greve was present on the occasion. He said that even the last person of the state is receiving the benefit of Chief Minister Haat Bazar Clinic Scheme. This innovation is unique and one of a kind. No other state of of the country has taken any initiative like this. WHO has produced this documentary film to appreciate this innovation and inspire other state and countries to take similar initiatives. He said that Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has taken a commendable initiative through this scheme to provide health facilities to the people of remote areas.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel said on the occasion that through Haat-Bazaar Clinic Scheme, more than 62 lakh 47 thousand people have been provided free healthcare and medical facilities so far. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel thanked the World Health Organization for making a documentary on this scheme of Chhattisgarh government. He said that even the last person of forest region is getting the benefit of this scheme. People in remote areas who did not have easy access to healthcare facilities are now getting treatment near their homes.

Chief Minister said that availability of medical team and doctors in Haat-Bazaaars along with the free checkup and medicines has made it easier for people to avail health checkups and treatment. Haat-Bazar Clinic scheme has played an effective role in the success of Malaria-Mukt Bastar campaign and Mukhyamantri Suposhan Yojana. Implementation of this scheme has led to considerable declined in the number of cases of diarrhea in Bastar. Chief Minister said that with the help of 429 medical mobile vehicles, 1798 Haat-Bazar Clinic Scheme is being operated in the state. So far, more than 62 lakh 47 thousand people have availed the healthcare facilities in the last 4 years through more than 1 lakh 28 thousand Haat-bazaaar clinics. 10 types of tests and 60 types of medicines are being provided to the patients free of cost under Haat-Bazar Clinic Scheme. In this scheme, medicines were distributed to more than 57 lakh 35 thousand people and more than 25 lakh people have undergone pathology tests. In the Haat-Bazar Clinic scheme, counselling about pregnant mothers, infectious and non-communicable diseases, eye diseases, malnutrition, skin diseases, diabetes, TB, leprosy, high blood pressure and HIV tests and family planning is also being provided. Vaccination of infants and pregnant women is also being done in these clinics.

Referring to the efforts made to strengthen the medical system in the state, Chief Minister said that health facilities have been improved in all the health centers and district hospitals. Free test facilities have also been made available to the people through Hamar Lab. He said that though a lot has been done in the health sector so far, a lot more needs to be done. The officers and employees of the Health Department have done remarkable work in strengthening the health facilities in the state.

Health Minister Mr. T.S. Singhdeo thanked Chief Minister Mr. Baghel for starting this scheme and consistently monitoring it. Health Secretary Mr. R. Prasanna said that under this scheme, patients are being sent to the nearest Primary Health Center, Community Health Center, District Hospital and Medical College for referral treatment as per the requirement.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday said that the state government will reserve land for the second runway to increase the frequency of flights at Raipur airport besides making efforts to get permission from the Center in this regard. He asked the officials concerned to start the process for development of Aerocity near Raipur Airport.

He was chairing a review meeting of the works of the Urban Administration and Development Department, Town and Country Planning, Housing and Environment, and NRDA at his residence office here.

The Chief Minister asked Town and Country Planning officials to increase the pace of the work of regularization of illegal constructions and give wide publicity to it. He said that the law has been enforced to directly benefit the public and it must be ensured that the maximum number of people get its benefit. For regularization of illegal construction, camps should be organized at ward and village level.

The Chief Minister instructed the Town and Country Planning Department to complete the work of approval of the layout and road structure of the colony within the stipulated time frame. He asked the officials concerned to take strict action against illegal colonizers and FIR should be registered. Farmer's lives have been improved by Narva development.

Increasing irrigation facilities in Kavadgaon has opened up new avenues for income generation.

There was an increase in the production of maize and vegetables.

Along with the ecosystem and biodiversity, farmers and locals can benefit from large-scale water conservation. With this in mind, the state government initiated Narva preservation in the state. The ambitious Narva Development Scheme, which was launched upon the formation of the new government, is already proving its worth by boosting agricultural productivity and adding value to minor forest products. River and drain rejuvenation has enhanced water conservation and levels of groundwater, while Water conservation structures built in Narva have increased irrigation facilities for farmers. Chiyoor Bahar Narva development work done by Dakshin Kondagaon Forest Division in Boti Kanera sub-zone of the state has afforded the farmers happiness and prosperity.

Narva treatment was carried out in the Chiyoor Bahar Nala coming out of the forested region as part of the CAMPA Annual Action Plan 2021-22. Through the Forest Management Committee, the people of Kakadgaon also actively participated in this. Farmers in the village benefited from the planned work done to revive the drain and Utilized the expanded irrigation system to improve their fortunes. On his 2 hectares of agricultural land near the Narva water conservation structure, farmer Somiram is now cultivating vegetables, including urad in Kharif and maize in Rabi. Somiram is grateful to have access to irrigation facilities because he previously had to rely on rain for farming and could only grow maize. But now that Narva has provided him with an irrigation system, he has installed a 3-horsepower electric pump on his farm. Along with maize, he is growing vegetables like lady finger, brinjal, pumpkin, and cluster beans on his land due to the expansion of irrigation facilities. As a result, his revenue has increased and he is now looked to as an example by other farmers in the area.

More than 1,709 camps have been organized under the Mukhyamantri Dai Didi Clinic--a one of its kind scheme in the country that aims to provide free medical facilities to women and adolescent girls through mobile medical clinics with all women staff. Nearly 1.28 lakh women and adolescent girls residing in the slums of Raipur, Bilaspur and Bhilai municipal corporation areas have got free treatment facilities near their homes under this scheme.

Meanwhile, the scheme is being operated by the Urban Administration and Development department of the state government. Free-of-cost treatment facilities for various diseases are provided to needy women and adolescent girls through well-equipped mobile medical units with an all-women staff. Lab tests of about 22,831 women have been conducted and free-of-cost medicines have been distributed to over 1.22 lakh women through the dedicated mobile medical units. The scheme has been proven beneficial for the women indulged in labour work who can't visit hospitals due to time and money constraints.

Youth Festival 2022-23 will be organized to connect youth with cultural activities

Youth Festival 2022-23 is being organized with the aim to connect the youth of the state with cultural activities and hone their talent and skills. Youth festival will be organized at the block, district, division, and state level. The Youth Festival at the development block level will end on 15 November 2022, at the district level will be organized from 16 November to 10 December, at the divisional level will be organized from 11 December to 31 December 2022 and at the state level will be organized from 12 to 14 January 2023. Youth Festival will be organized in two age groups from 15 to 40 years and above 40 years of age.

The Youth Festival is being organized by the Sports and Youth Welfare Department. According to the guidelines issued by the Sports and Youth Welfare Department, there will be competitions in 18 disciplines in the youth category. These include folk dance, folk songs, solo drama (Hindi, English, Chhattisgarhi language), classical singing-Hindustani style, classical singing-Carnatic style, sitar playing (classical playing), flute playing (classical playing), tabla playing (classical playing), veena playing (Classical Instrumental), Mridgam Playing (Classical Instrumental), Harmonium playing(light classical playing), Guitar playing (Indian and Western Music), Manipuri (Classical Dance), Odissi (Classical Dance), Bharatanatyam (Classical Dance), Kathak (Classical dance), Kuchipudi (classical dance).

Along with the above-mentioned classical styles, traditional folk dances and other activities that outline the rich culture of Chhattisgarh will also be involved in the Youth Festival. These include Sua, Panthi, Karma Nacha, Sarhul Nacha, Bastariha folk dance, Raut Nacha, Fugdi, Bhora, Gedi race, Rock Band (will be included directly at the state level), Traditional Costumes Competition, Food Festival- competition based on Chhattisgarhi Cuisine, painting competition - based on the depiction of folk culture of Chhattisgarh, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, wrestling. The folk literature of the state has also been included as announced by Chief Minister Mr.Bhupesh Baghel.

Chhattisgarh is a state of diverse culture and dialects, if artists wish to perform any local folk art (like paintings, handicrafts, Mural painting, and others), or to perform in any folk literature (based on Gondi, Halbi, Kuduk, etc) and if they represent the culture of Chhattisgarh, all of them will be included at the district level. In the intellectual category, there will be debates (extempore and current affairs), quiz, and essay competitions.
