The Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has given instructions to ensure the availability of sufficient vehicles to take the dead bodies of deceased persons during treatment in Government hospitals to their homes with respect. Instructions have been issued on this matter by the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel to all the district Collectors. In the issued instructions, it has been specified that all district Collectors after coordinating with Health Department and Non-governmental Organizations should make a provision for sufficient numbers of vehicles so that the dead bodies of the deceased persons can be sent to their respective homes. It is worth to be noted that the facility of vehicles for dead bodies has been provided to many Government hospitals by Non-governmental Organizations. However, often we come across news where a family in mourning is unable to take the dead body to their home because of the unavailability of a vehicle on time.

An exhibition of the products manufactured by numerous Rural Industrial Parks (RIPA's) of the state has been put up by the Panchayat and Rural Development Department in the two-day Collector and SP conference organized at New Circuit House in the capital Raipur. This exhibition has been put up with the purpose of inspiring the collectors and the chief executive officers of different district panchayats to witness the different varieties of products manufactured by different districts RIPA's and Gauthans and to and take inspiration from each other's products and to create a better atmosphere of production and marketing. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel today.

This exhibition has a diverse variety of products like milk products, spices, scented incense sticks, LED bulbs from Mahasamund district and soap, cookies, and candles from Raipur district, Kosa silk sarees, kurtis, salwar suit cloth from Janjgir-Champa. Coconut cold press oil, tikhur milk shake and spices from Kondagaon, ragi, spices, bell metal products of Bastar have also been displayed here.

Products manufactured from banana fiber by Bemetara district, ragi cookies,dry fruits, pickles, manufactured by Dantewada, paint made from cow dung, plastic bags for packing vermicompost have been prepared by Kanker Gauthans are also exhibited here. Collectors and other officials of all the districts observed and appreciated the local products made by different districts.

Today, Chief Minister Mr.Bhupesh Baghel attended the Swami Atmanand Jayanti celebration organized at Patan in the Durg district. Addressing the people, he said that the state government is following the thoughts of our great personalities like Swami Atmanand, Dr. Khubchand Baghel to work in the field of education, health, agriculture and livelihood activities in Chhattisgarh. On this occasion, he inaugurated development works worth Rs.921 crore and performed Bhoomi Pujan in Patan Constituency Assembly. He said that Swami Atmanand Ji devoted his whole life to the education field and made quality education available to all sections of society. To fulfil his dreams, the government has started 701 English medium schools in his name. To keep children connected to their roots and traditions, Sanskrit and Chhattisgarhi subjects are also being taught in these schools. He said that along with empowering people economically, we have also worked towards saving the culture.

“Today we are celebrating the birth anniversary of Swami Atmanand Ji. We are determined to follow the path taught by him. I have inaugurated the Chhattisgarhiya Olympics Games in Raipur today. Our Chhattisgarhi games are on the verge of extinction. Now we have included 14 types of our local games in the Chhattisgarhiya Olympics.”, he said.

He said that everyone has an opportunity to participate in these games. It started on the birth anniversary of Swami Atmanand Ji and will end on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. The instalment amount will release on October 17 before Diwali, so that people can celebrate Diwali happily. Paddy procurement will start from November 1.

He said that farmers should cultivate oilseeds and process them for oil in Gauthan, and for this purpose, rural livelihood centres have been established. These livelihood centres will provide employment opportunities to the educated youth. In health services, many types of tests are being done free of cost in Patan, as well as in Durg. The government is working to fulfil the dreams of our ancestors.

The Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, during a virtual program at his residential office, will distribute a total amount of Rs. 8 crores 13 lakh online to cow dung dealers, cattle-ranchers, villagers, women self-help groups, and Gauthan Committees under the Godhan Nyay Yojana.

On this occasion, Agriculture Minister Mr. Ravindra Choubey, Urban Administration Minister Mr. Shivkumar Deheriya, Advisor to the Chief Minister Mr. Pradeep Sharma, Chief Minister’s Secretary Dr. S. Bharatidasan, Special Secretary of Agriculture Department Dr. Aiyaz F. Tamboli, Livestock Director Mrs. Chandan Sanjay Tripathi, and Director of Horticulture and Farm Forestry were also present.

An amount of Rs. 5.34 crores is being distributed under the Godhan Nyay Yojana by the Chief Minister Mr. Baghel to cow dung dealers, cattle-ranchers, and villagers. Moreover, dividend amounts of Rs. 1.69 crore and Rs. 1.11 crore are being distributed to Gauthan committees and women groups respectively.

The total amount paid till now to cow dung dealers has come to Rs. 170.34 crores including the amount paid today.

Farmers have bought the organic pesticide 'Brahmastra' worth more than Rs 10 lakh

Considering the wide range of benefits of organic farming, farmers of Chhattisgarh have started actively adopting the organic way of cultivation in their farms. Besides using the vermicompost-super compost made from cow dung in Gauthans, farmers are now using organic insecticide called 'Brahmastra' and crop growth enhancer 'Jeevamrut' in place of chemical pesticide. It is worth mentioning here that Chhattisgarh Government is promoting organic farming in the state. In view of the increasing cost of cultivation, shortage in supply of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and the loss caused by the same, farmers of the state are becoming more and more inclined towards the organic farming. The easy availability of organic fertilizers and organic pesticides is also proving to be helpful in controlling the input cost of farming.

It is noteworthy that under Godhan Nyay Yojana, cow dung is being procured in Gauthans for Rs. 2/kg, and this cow dung is being utilized to produce organic fertilizers. Recently, procurement of Gaumutra has also been started, which being used by women self-help groups to produce organic pesticides. Gaumutra procurement in Gauthans started on Hareli festival this year i.e. July 28, 2022, and so 53231 liters of cow urine has been procured and an amount of more than Rs 2.13 lakh has been paid to sellers by the Gauthan committees. Insecticide 'Bramhastra' and growth booster 'Jeevamrut' are being prepared from Gaumutra (cow urine). Out of the 17784 liters of Brahmastra prepared from cow urine by women's groups till date, nearly 13,609 liters of Brahmastra have been purchased by farmers for Rs. 3.43 lakhs. Organic pesticides are being produced in gauthans using Gaumutra to ensure continuous supply of organic insecticides and growth boosters to farmers.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday alleged that the cause for rising crime in Chhattisgarh is due to easy availability of illegal liquor in the state.

Leader of Opposition Narayan Chandel also said that neither officials nor Ministers have met the family members of victims of the Kumhari massacre. He demanded compensation of Rs 4 crores from the government.

The bodies of Bholanath Yadav (34), his wife Naila (30), son Parmad (12) and daughter Mukta (7), all residents of Kaspada village, were found in a farm house. Police on Saturday arrested three persons in the case. Chandel said after meeting the victims' family members and villagers, it was found that the business of illegal liquor was responsible for it.

International Day of Older Persons is celebrated every year on October 1 to create awarenes about the safety concern, and protection of senior citizens. The month of October is also celebrated as the month of the senior citizens. This month has been dedicated to the elderly with the aim of curbing the injustice, neglect and misbehavior among them. During this month, special health facilities will be provided to the elderly patients from October 1 to October 15 in all government health institutions of the state.

On the occasion of International Day of Older Persons, numerous activities will be conducted at the state and district level to create awareness among the public to create a safe,caring and just society for the elderly. Under this,healthcare facilities like special OPD service will also be provided for the elderly in all district hospitals of the state. In such districts where there is an old age home, health check-up will be done by the team of health department and the elderly will be encouraged to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Through the old age camp, information will also be given regarding the symptoms, causes, prevention and treatment of communicable and non-communicable diseases among the elderly.

State Nodal Officer for the 'Vayovriddh' Program(healthcare program for senior citizens) Dr. Kamlesh Jain said that under this program, in the current financial year of 2022-23, eight lakh 27 thousand 077 elderly people have been screened since april. Out of these, 53 thousand 318 elderly people have been provided rehabilitation facility, four lakh seven thousand 385 have been given lab facility for medical tests, three lakh 16 thousand 098 health cards have been provided to the elderly people, 28 thousand elderly people have been provided home based care facility.

Siyan Jatan Clinics are organized in the urban primary health centers of the state on the first Wednesday of the month and every Thursday in Ayurvedic institutions for health consultation, examination and treatment of the elderly. So far, more than one lakh 12 thousand elderly people have been benefited in Siyan Jatan Clinic which operates on every Thursday in Ayurvedic institutions.

According to a study by the Statistics Office, the elderly population in the country has been increasing continuously since 1961. According to the National Census 2001, by the year 2031, the number of old people in the country will reach about 17.85 crores. International Day of Older Persons is celebrated every year with the aim of curbing the injustice, neglect and abuse done to the elderly in the world. It is worth mentioning that his year, the day is being observed on the theme of "Resilience of Older Person in Changing World with special focus on older women".

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, State Government has decided to organize Chhattisgarhia Olympics 2022-2023, with the objective to promote traditional sports activities in rural and urban areas, to provide platform to the sports talent, to create awareness towards sports and to encourage sportsman spirit among people. Sports and Youth Welfare Department has finalized the entire action plan and issued it on 23 September 2022. Panchayat and Rural Development and Urban Administration and Development Department have been entrusted with the responsibility to organize Chhattisgarhia Olympics in six different levels.

Chhattisgarhia Olympics will be commenced from Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club-level on 6 October 2022, and after the competitions in 6 different levels, the event would come to a close on 6 January 2023. 14 kinds of traditional games have been included under Chhattisgarhia Olympics, and the competitions for the same will be organized in group and single category.

It is noteworthy that as per the vision of Chief Minister Mr. Baghel, State Government has taken an initiative to encourage traditional sports activities in rural and urban areas in Chhattisgarh. On one hand, the participants from Chhattisgarhia Olympics will get a platform to exhibit their sports talent. On the other hand, the event would create awareness among people about sports and would also inculcate sportsman spirit in youngsters. Panchayat and Rural Development Department has been appointed as the nodal agency for organizing the competitions in rural areas and Urban Administration and Development Department has been made the nodal agency for organizing competitions in urban areas under Chhattisgarhia Olympics.

Competitions will be held in two different categories for 14 different sports:

According to the guidelines and action plan issued regarding Chhattisgarhia Olympics, the competitions in traditional sports of Chhattisgarh will be held in two categories i.e. group and single. 14 types of traditional sports have been included under Chhattisgarhia Olympics 2022-23, which includes Gilli Danda, Pitthool, Sankhali, Langdi Daud, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, and Banti (Kancha) for group category, and Billas, Fugdi, Gedi Daud, Bhanwara, 100 meter run and long jump for single category.

Competitions will be held at six different levels from Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club to State level:

Chhattisgarhia Olympics will be organized in six different levels, starting with the sports competitions in Rajiv Yuva Mitan Clubs at the rural and the urban level through the knockout method. The second is the zonal-level, under which 8 Rajiv Yuva Mitan clubs will combine to make a single club. Then at the third level, sports competition will be organized at development block / urban cluster level, then district-level, then division-level and lastly the state-level sports competitions will be organized.

*Various levels of Chhattisgarhia Olympics will be organized on the following dates:

At first, Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club-level event under Chhattisgarhia Olympics will be held from October 6 to October 11, 2022. Thereafter, the zonal competitions will be held from October 15 to October 20, 2022. Competitions at the block-level will be organized from October 27 to November 10. Competitions will be held at district level from November 17 to November 26. The divisional level sports competitions will be held from December 5 to December 14. And lastly, the final state-level competitions under Chhattisgarhia Olympics will be organized from 28 December 2022 to 6 January 2023.

From children to the elderly, everyone can participate:

People of three different age-groups can participate in the Chhattisgarhia Olympics i.e. age upto 18 years, then 18-40 years, and those above 40 years of age. The competition will be organized separate for male and female categories.

Organizing committees to be constituted

Separate organizing committees will be organized for the competitions of the Rajiv Yuva Mitan club level, the zone level and the block/urban cluster level. The order for the formation of the committee will be issued by the department concerned. At the same time, the order regarding formation of the organizing committee at district level and divisional level will be issued by the District Collector and the Divisional Commissioner respectively. In the final phase, a coordination committee under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary and a state level organizing committee under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department will be constituted.

Organizing Committees will be responsible for the following tasks:

The main responsibility of the organizing committee is to encourage the sportspersons to register and participate in the event, and also to promote the traditional games. In addition, the organizing committee will also be responsible for selection of judges/referees along with the arrangements for organizing games at each level. All orders/instructions/correspondence regarding the arrangement of the event will be issued by the Member Secretary.

Poshan on Wheel Rally, the girl students gave the message of nutrition plate to every household

Raipur : The month of September is being celebrated as Poshan Maah all over the country. During this, many events are being organized to make the common people aware about nutrition. In this episode, today a nutrition on wheel rally was taken out by the Department of Home Science of Government Milk Dhari Bajrang Mahila Postgraduate College, Raipur. The students of the department enthusiastically participated in the rally. He made people aware through slogans like right nutrition - country roshan and vegetable, salad khao har baar.

College Principal Dr. Shraddha Girolkar along with other lecturers flagged off the rally. Raising slogans based on nutrition, the rally ended at Anganwadi in Nehru Nagar.

In Anganwadi, student Kumari Muskan Lalwani and her group provided nutrition information to the workers through traffic signals, food pyramids. Along with fruits, pregnant, lactating women and nutritious food items to children, jaggery, gram and flaxseed were distributed. A cake made of Kodo was also the center of attraction for the children.

The arrest of Jairam Dubey, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Right to Information activist

The arrest of Jairam Dubey, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Right to Information activist, in a false case is to save the corrupt and amounts to political vendetta, BJP leader Kedar Gupta said on Thursday.

Kedar Gupta said Dubey had filed more than 200 RTI applications seeking information, which have revealed many cases of corruption involving the state government.

Listing examples, he said one RTI application revealed that in Raipur Municipal Corporation limits Zone 1, 7 and 9, around 8,000 quintals of cow dung have been procured from residents.

But it was found that the beneficiaries are not residents of these three zones. The BJP approached the police to file a FIR alleging pilferage of government funds. Till date no FIR has been lodged.

Also, an additional director level officer of the Health Department was involved in corruption during the Covid-19 pandemic. A departmental probe has found him guilty. But no action has been initiated, the BJP leader said.

RTI documents also show that excise and revenue losses are being incurred even after liquor prices have been hiked by 70 percent, he said. This is due to a higher sale of liquor illegally.

It is to silence the man behind these exposes that Dubey (45) was arrested on Wednesday in Rajnandgaon with 13 litres of liquor in his car, the BJP said.

Online applications invited to empanel the news websites of Chhattisgarh state for advertisement

Raipur : Online applications to empanel the news website and portal of Chhattisgarh state for the next one year is invited from 01 October to 15 October 2022. Online applications for empanelment can be submitted in the prescribed format. The application form and the terms-conditions in this regard is available on the website of Public Relations Department, jansampark.cg.gov.in.

It is noteworthy that the news websites/web portals will be approved for empanelment on the basis of requirement/utility/opportunity as well as the budget availability. Notwithstanding anything contained in the rules, any news website shall not have any right to receive official advertisements.

The portal/website fulfilling the following conditions will be recommended for empanelment by the committee-

The empanelment of news websites of Chhattisgarh state will be done for the duration of 01 year. To be considered for empanelment, the news website/portal should have an average unique user count of minimum 50 thousand during the last 06 months, and duration of each average session should be minimum 30 seconds. Each website/portal should display the name of the owner, operator, editor, mobile number, e-mail, editorial office address of the website/portal on its home page. They will also have to update their websites/portals daily. The news website should have been online for at least one year and the name and the Internet address (URL) of the website should not have changed during this period. Priority will be given to the website/webportal uploading the activities of the State. Simultaneously, the committee may verify the monthly view number user report through available technical tools such as reliable tariff analysis tools or any other means.

14 thousand 545 government documents delivered to citizens homes through Chief Minister's Mitan Yojana

With the aim of providing the benefits of government services directly to the homes of Chhattisgarh's citizens,the Mukhyamantri Mitan Yojana, was started on the initiative of chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel on the ocassion of Labour day on May 1, 2022.This initiative has received good response and has become fairly popular among the citizens of the state in a very short span of time. More than 14 thousand 545 government documents have been delivered to people's homes by Mitans through this scheme.

Not even five months have passed since the commencement of this scheme, but the response received from the citizens reflects the success of this citizen centric scheme. A large number of people in the municipal areas have started taking advantage of this scheme and availing numerous types of government services instantly. Through the Mitan scheme, 13 types of services are currently being provided by the Revenue and Urban Administration and Development Department to the citizens in 14 municipal corporations. The services being provided through Mitan scheme are; domicile certificate, caste certificate, income certificate, issuance of duplicate copy of document, non- Services include digitized (copy of land records etc.), death certificate, marriage registration and certificate, birth certificate, shop and establishment registration, birth certificate correction, death certificate correction, marriage certificate correction etc. With the scope of expansion of these government services. Work is being done expeditiously to provide about 100 types of government services to citizens home's in the near future and this scheme will be extended to all urban bodies.Under the Mukhyamantri Mitan Yojana, so far more than 30,000 citizens have received document related information through calls, while more than 14 thousand 545 citizens have received their official documents at their home's. Around 20,800 Mitan appointments have been booked across the state till date. Through this scheme, the facility of booking appointment is available for the citizens that will provide them with the all the needed government documents on a single call. A toll free number,which is 14545 has been set up to avail this service.The sole purpose of Mitan Yojana is to provide hassle free government facilities to the citizens of the state from the comfort of their homes. The Sports and Youth Welfare Department of Chhattisgarh, All India Chess Federation, and Chhattisgarh Olympic Association are jointly organizing the grand event of the International Grand Master Chess Tournament, in which the winner will be awarded the Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Trophy. This tournament is being organized under the guidance and inspiration of the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. The Chief Minister said while congratulating all the players participating in the tournament that this event will encourage people who play chess and the state players will get an opportunity to showcase their talent on an international level.

In this tournament held in Raipur from 19 September to 28 September, more than 500 chess players from about 15 countries of the world will participate under the guidance of more than 100 experienced masters. This tournament will host players hailing from various countries of the world. The players belonging to15 countries including Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, U.S.A., Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Poland, Vietnam, Columbia, Iran, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal have already registered. This tournament will enable rated players from the nation/state to improve their rating, GM/IM Norm, and achieve titles.

In the International Grand Master Chess Tournament, the Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Winner Trophy will be awarded apart from a cash amount. This tournament will be held in two categories: Masters and Challengers. An amount of Rs. 23 lakh with a trophy will be awarded in the Masters category while Rs. 12 lakh and a trophy will be given to the winner in the Challengers category. The live telecast of the 50 games under this tournament will be done on a global level so that more and more people can watch the tournament.

The officials in charge of the tournament said that such events are organized very rarely where high-rated players from all over the world will perform on one platform. Due to the lack of such events, players face difficulties in achieving international titles and they have to travel to European countries. The players have to deal with many economical and mental troubles in such situations. This event is being organized to encourage players and provide a platform for emerging talent.

To participate in the International Grand Master Chess Tournament, 6 Grand Masters, 17 International Masters, 2 Women Grand Masters, 8 Women International Masters, 5 FIDE Masters, and 200 Elo-rated players will reach Chhattisgarh. Many more players are expected to participate in the tournament. The competition under the Masters category of the tournament will be held in Hotel Imperia while those under the Challengers category will be held in Shagun Farm located on VIP Road. The Masters competitions will be played in 10 phases, and every day one match will be played from 3 pm. On the other hand, the Challengers competition will be played in Shagun Farm in two phases daily: one from 9 am, and another from 3 pm. Experienced judges from various states will attend this tournament.

Removed the Chhattisgarh BJP in-charge D Purandeshwari and named Vice President Om Mathur in her place

Raipur : The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday removed the Chhattisgarh party in-charge D Purandeshwari and named Vice President Om Mathur in her place.

The appointment order was issued by BJP President J P Nadda.

Mathur is a former member of the Rajya Sabha from Rajasthan. He is now a BJP Vice President.

The Chhattisgarh BJP co-in-charge Nitin retains the post, the order said.

The announcement came even as Purandeshwari was attending meetings of the party during Nadda’s four-day Chhattisgarh visit.

Free treatment done for 27 lakh people from Chief Minister Urban Slum Health Scheme

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel had envisaged a healthcare scheme namely 'Mukhyamantri Shahari Slum swasth yojna' that would provide free of cost treatment for the residents of slums with the help of mobile medical units. So far, more than 27 lakh people have been treated by designated medical teams of Mobile Medical Unit by reaching the slum settlements. Under the scheme, doctors, paramedical teams, 120 mobile medical units equipped with medical equipment and medicines are now providing health facilities to the people in the slums of the urban areas of the entire state. Through this scheme, so far five lakh 78 thousand 239 patients have been provided with the facility of pathology tests and free medicines have been given to more than 23 lakh 8 thousand 637 patients. It is worth mentioning that two lakh 46 thousand 481 labourers are also among the patients benefitted under the scheme.

Under the Chief Minister's Urban Slum Health Scheme, run by the Urban Administration and Development Department of Chhattisgarh Government, so far 38 thousand 990 free of cost camps have been organised for the slum residents of 169 urban bodies of the state. Urban Administration and Development Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahariya has directed the departmental officers that free medicines should be made available to the people of the cramped settlements of urban areas and other needy people after conducting a preliminary health check-up.

It is worth mentioning that to provide health facilities to the people living in slums of 14 municipal corporation areas of the state, the first phase of Mukhyamantri Shahari Slum Health Scheme was started on 01 November 2020. Under this, health check-up and treatment and medicine distributions were started by going to slums by 60 mobile medical units. On 31 March 2022, it was expanded to the entire urban body areas of the state and 60 more mobile medical units were started for further expansion.

New India Literacy Program to commence in Chhattisgarh: Mr. Bhupesh Baghel

Seven thousand people participated in the webinar organized on International Literacy Day

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, in his message on the occasion of International Literacy Day on 8 September, said that Navbharat literacy program will be run in Chhattisgarh. This campaign will run for 5 years. In this program, along with providing basic literacy and numeracy knowledge to the illiterate persons, they will also be trained about the skills that are life- useful . Under this campaign, work of creating digital literacy, financial literacy, legal literacy, electoral literacy, skill development, basic education, continuing education, as well as special awareness on cleanliness and sanitation will also be done. The Chief Minister said that the innovative programs of Chhattisgarh are being continuously appreciated in the country and We have to work continuously towards making one-fourth of the population of the state literate.

School Education Minister Dr. Premsai Singh in his message said that old age education and lifelong education have been given an important place in the National Education Policy. He said that it is necessary for the quality of education that along with the teachers, parents should also contribute in the education of the children, so it is also very important to educate the illiterate parents. He requested all the bodies and teachers of the School Education Department to make their invaluable contribution in bringing the deprived persons to the mainstream by becoming volunteer teachers.

More than seven thousand people participated in the webinar organized today on Literacy Day. School Education Secretary Dr. S. Bharathidasan said that the state has a proud history of working literacy program in mission mode and in an innovative manner. He asked to actively contribute towards the success of the work in coordination with Samagra Shiksha SCERT and State Literacy Mission Authority. Mr.Rajesh Singh Rana, Special Secretary, School Education Department and Director, State Literacy Mission Authority said that the decision to celebrate International Literacy Day was taken by UNESCO and this year's theme of Literacy Day is Transforming Literacy Spaces. He said that old age education has now been renamed as education for all. He further said that the cornerstone of a strong country is education and every possible effort should be made to turn the state towards literacy.

Additional Director SCERT Dr. Yogesh Shivhare said that special importance has been given to old age education and lifelong education in the National Education Policy. For the first time the subject of old age has been included in the state curriculum. Chhattisgarh is the first state in the whole country, where literacy center has been established in SCRT. Prashant Kumar Pandey, Assistant Director and Nodal Officer, State Education Mission Authority gave a presentation about International Literacy Week. In the beginning of the program, a film centered on the state song, Navbharat literacy program and Garhbo Digital Chhattisgarh were also screened.
