Chief Minister Mr.Bhupesh Baghel reached Konargarh village of Pamgarh Assembly Constituency on Wednesday during ‘Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan’. The Chief Minister prayed for the happiness, and prosperity of the state’s people by offering prayers to Jaitkham at village Mulmula. The Chief Minister lit a traditional lamp and garlanded the oil painting of Chhattisgarh Mahatari at the meeting site. He commenced the meeting by paying homage to former Lok Sabha MP Late Parasram Bhardwaj on his death anniversary.

He made various announcements on the demand of the villagers. He announced the construction of a CC road in the Konar village, a road from Konargarh to Kosa, a pond deepening at Konar, construction of community buildings in Pamgarh and Kosa. Similarly, to improve the education system, he announced the opening of a Hindi medium Atmanand School in Bhainso, construction of a Government Pre-Secondary School building at Mulmula, construction of a Government Primary School building in Kosa and a new Primary School at Hardipara of village Mehendi. The Chief Minister also approved the installation of a statue of Martyr Rudra Pratap Singh in honor of his martyrdom. Revenue Minister Mr. Jaisingh Agrawal was also present during the meeting.

The Chief Minister interacted with the villagers and took information regarding the implementation of various schemes including Gauthan, Godhan Nyay Yojana, school management, and the medical system.
    In his interaction with Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, a cattle herder Dileram Kashyap of village Kesla said "I have earned an additional income of Rs 90,000 so far by selling cow dung under the Godhan Nyay Yojana. Mr.Baghel congratulated Mr.Kashyap and asked him how he utilized this money. Mr.Kashyap replied that he has bought a cycle and used the said amount for his children's education and daily expenses.

Similarly, Mrs.Lalita Sidar, a resident of village Mulmula, expressed her gratitude to the Chief Minister for organizing the 'Chhattisgarhiya Olympics'. She told the Chief Minister that she used to climb 'gedi' a lot in her childhood, today after 40 years, she took part and won the 'Gedi' competition. The Chief Minister congratulated him and also took information regarding the distribution of ration through the Public Distribution System.

 Mitanin Mrs. Chitralekha told that every Tuesday team of the ‘Haat Bazaar Clinic’ Scheme visits her village. They provide treatment facilities and medicines free of cost.
Pratiksha Singh, a teacher of Mulmula School, told the Chief Minister that teaching the Chhattisgarhi language once a week in schools has increased the interest of the students in their studies. The need for teaching in the local language was already felt.

Chief Minister visits the Konargarh sub-health center
Chief Minister paid a visit to Konargarh sub-health center and took the information about OPDs, IPDs, and available medical services from the in-charge of the center Community Health Officer, Mr.Ghanshyam Prasad. He told Chief Minister Mr.Baghel that this health center was established in 2012-2013. There are 03 employees working in the hospital. The 2 bedded sub-health center has 12 types of healthcare facilities, 41 types of medicines, and 7 types of health check-up facilities available as of now. The hospital also has the facility of consultation with doctors of higher centers through telemedicine as per the requirement. The hospital also has a delivery room, women's ward, lab, pharmacy, OPD room, and counseling room for patients. About 15 to 20 institutional deliveries take place in the health center every month. The Chief Minister also interacted with the people who came for treatment and took the information about the facilities available in the center. He also planted a mango sapling on the health center premises.

School Children cuts the ribbon, and inaugurate the new school building
The Chief Minister inaugurated the Government Primary School Konargarh by allowing the school children to cut the ribbon. He asked the table of 12 from the children of class third, on reciting the table by students he encouraged them by clapping. He wished them all the best for their bright future. It is noteworthy that the construction of this school building has been done with the help of the District Mineral Trust fund.
