Conclusion of the three-day-long Mainpat Mahotsav

Culture Minister Mr. Amarjeet Bhagat has said that the magnificence of Mainpat Mahotsav is continuously increasing. This festival has been quite successful in terms of preserving the culture of Chhattisgarh. It has given a new identity to the Sarguja zone. The festival has provided folk and stage artists with a better platform. The Culture Minister Mr. Bhagat was addressing the closing ceremony of the three-day-long “Mainpat Mahotsav” held in Mainpat in the Sarguja district. 

Culture Minister Mr. Bhagat has said that the tourism services are being extended. The construction of an airstrip in this region will increase the number of facilities in the region. It will also increase the number of tourists. On the occasion, the President of the Food Commission Mr. Gurpreet Singh Babra, Police Inspector General Mr. Ramgopal Garg, Collector Mr. Kundan Kumar, Police Superintendent Mrs. Bhavna Gupta, and the CEO of District Panchayat Mr. Vishawadeep were also present. 

At the closing ceremony, Bollywood Singer and Punjabi Rockstar Daler Mehendi performed many popular songs. The audience expressed their joy and enthusiasm when the Punjabi Rockstar performed the patriotic song, “Rang de Basanti Chola”. The Chhattisgarhi singer Alka Parghaniya, Jasgeet singer Dilip Shadangi, Dushyant Harmukh, and Saurabh Vaibhav also gave a grand performance.
