Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has extended his greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of National Science Day. In his message, Shri Baghel said that Indian scientist Sir Chandrashekhar Venkat Raman had discovered the 'Raman Effect' for which he was awarded the Nobel Prize. National Science Day is celebrated in his honor to raise awareness in the field of science throughout the country. Our country has made significant progress in the field of science, and its achievements have earned global recognition, which is a matter of great pride for the entire nation. He further added that it is essential to promote a scientific outlook and rational thinking to eliminate superstitions that are deeply rooted in society. Science can help us enhance our standard of living and progress through analytical thinking.
