Collector organizes a meeting of representatives of society and heads of organizations to maintain peace in Biranpur

 Section 144 implemented in Village Panchayat Biranpur

Considering the invocation of Chhattisgarh Band by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Collector Mr. P.S. Alma and Police Superintendent I. Kalyan Elesela chaired a meeting of society representatives and heads of organizations on yesterday 9 pm for maintenance of peacekeeping in Biranpur village. Collector Mr. Alma said that the Section 144 of the code of criminal procedure has been implemented in Biranpur for maintaining peace, law and order, and security in the state. During the meeting, the Collector appealed to the representatives of the society and the heads of organizations to maintain peace in the district.

The Collector said that police forces have been deployed in Biranpur for maintaining law, peace, and security in Biranpur. 7 places in Biranpur have been barricaded. Places including Biranpur to Kawardha, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Ahiwara, and Saja Road have been barricaded and Police forces have been deployed. He said that public representatives were permitted to reach the village with security. Barricading was also done in Biranpur village while considering the matter of safety, so that other people from outside cannot enter the village. Police forces in large number are also being deployed. He said that F.I.R.s have been filed against riotous people. In the meeting, Sub Divisional Officer (R) Mr. Vishwas Rao Maske, Sub Divisional Officer of Police Mr. Tejram Patel, Tehsildar, councilors, and representatives of society were present.
