As stated by the Chief Minister, several programs are being implemented in the state to help tribals.

Tribal Development Minister Dr. Prem Sai Singh Tekam, Industries Minister Mr. Kawasi Lakhma, and Director of Tribal Development Department Mrs. Shammi Abidi were also present in this program organized through video conference.

Chief Minister Shri. Bhupesh Baghel virtually-distributed appointment letters for the posts of assistant teachers to 142 youths from the Jashpur district's Pahadi Korwa and Birhor Special Backward Tribes.

These candidates include 124 graduates from the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination, 11 graduates, and 6 postgraduates from Pahadi Korwa. One candidate from the Birhor community has also been appointed. Who has a certificate from the Higher Secondary Examination.

So far,  the state government has recruited 708 youth from designated backward tribes.

During a video conference with Chief Minister Mr. Baghel, youths who received appointment letters for government jobs expressed their gratitude.

Asima told the Chief Minister that you made an announcement during Bhent-Mulaqat in Bagicha to appoint youth from special backward tribes within 10 days. She thanked the Chief Minister for putting the announcement into action so quickly.

Prior to this, applicants from the Pahadi Korwa tribe were appointed to 57 positions in various government offices within the Jashpur district based on their qualifications.

According to the Chief Minister, tribal society is traditionally a backward society in terms of development.

Some communities have been left far behind in modern society. These communities are known as Special Backward Tribes.

The state administration is making multifaceted attempts to improve the lives of the state's Special backward tribes.

These communities' educated kids are granted direct appointments in government services based on their eligibility.

As stated by the Chief Minister, several programs are being implemented in the state to help tribals.

The purchase and processing of 65 different types of forest produce at support prices provides employment and a valuable source of income for forest dwellers.

The purchase of Kodo-Kutk-Ragi has been arranged by determining their support price. while the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana also provides input subsidies for certain crops.

In the program, the Chief Minister stated that these young people studied under extremely challenging conditions. Today, as they are appointed as assistant teachers, their zeal for education will undoubtedly flourish in these regions. These encouraging teachers will serve as role models for their students.
