Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel distributed cheques and goods to the beneficiaries during Bhent-Mulakat program

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel commenced the distribution of cheques and goods to the beneficiaries under various government schemes during the Bhent-Mulakat program in village Bhatgaon of Dhamtari assembly constituency today. On the occasion, goods were distributed to five beneficiaries under National Child Health Program (Chirayu) by the Health Department, appointment letters were handed over to 23 newly-appointed sub-engineers by the Water Resources Department, and certificates were distributed to 30 beneficiaries by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department under various schemes.  These include caste certificate issued under Chhattisgarh government's new simplification scheme, forest village to revenue village record update and survey village certificate. Similarly, sanction order letters were distributed to five beneficiaries of District Panchayat Dhamtari, 314 beneficiaries of Municipal Corporation Dhamtari and five beneficiaries of Nagar Panchayat Amadi under unemployment allowance scheme. On behalf of District Panchayat Dhamtari, three beneficiaries of National Family Assistance Scheme and five beneficiaries of Rajiv Gandhi Landless Agricultural Laborer Scheme were provided cheques.

On behalf of the Labor Department, Chief Minister distributed cheques of Rs 9 lakh 80 thousand to 49 beneficiaries under various schemes including Minimata Mahtari Jatan Yojana, Chief Minister Construction Workers Death and Disabled Assistance Scheme, Mukhyamantri Noni Sashaktikaran Yojana, Meritorious Student / Girl Child Education Promotion Scheme. Livestock Development Department distributed cheques of Rs 2 lakh 10 thousand to three beneficiaries under State Dairy Entrepreneurship Development Scheme, and Department of Horticulture distributed cheques of Rs 3 lakh 24 thousand 100 to 5 beneficiaries under the State sponsored scheme and National Agriculture Development Scheme. Cheques of Rs one lakh each was distributed to three women self-help groups under the loan scheme by the Women and Child Development Department. These include Jai Bajrang Self Help Group Sehradbari, Jai Maa Sheetla Self Help Group Baliara and New Shakti Sai Self Help Group Bhanpuri. Similarly, cheques worth a total of Rs 52 thousand were distributed to 6 beneficiaries under the scheme of retail fish sales, boat nets, three-year committee grant from the Department of Fisheries, Rs 50 thousand were distributed to 5 beneficiaries under Samagra Shiksha from the Department of Education, Rs 16 thousand 600 were distributed to 5 beneficiaries under NFSM Scheme, Agriculture Mechanization and Atma Yojana of Agriculture Department and materials worth Rs. 52 thousand 807 were distributed to 8 beneficiaries under Sahayak Upkaran Praday Yojana of Social Welfare Scheme.
