Chhattisgarh Cement Transport Welfare Association presents ambulance key to Chief Minister

Shri Sai expresses gratitude for Late Shri Judev's mentorship

Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai was presented with the key of an ambulance by the Chhattisgarh Cement Transport Welfare Association at his residence on the occasion of the late Shri Dilip Singh Judev's birth anniversary. Reflecting on the day, the Chief Minister reminisced about his association with the late Shri Judev, highlighting the invaluable lessons he learned, particularly in humility and dedication to public service.

"I learned humility from the late Shri Judev," Chief Minister Shri Sai remarked, "His deep commitment to service continues to inspire me. There's unparalleled joy in serving patients, which has been the cornerstone of my political journey."

Recounting his efforts in securing medical assistance for the needy, Chief Minister Shri Sai stated, "In just one year of my term as a state minister, I appealed to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for Rs 12 crores from the Prime Minister's Relief Fund to facilitate patient treatments. During Dr Raman Singh's tenure, I relentlessly pursued medical aid for patients, a mission that brought immense satisfaction."

Extending his greetings on Mahashivratri and International Women's Day, Chief Minister Shri Sai also paid tributes to the late Shri Dilip Singh Judev highlighting Shri Judev's pivotal role in shaping his political career. "Shri Judev has been my political guru. His guidance in politics, humility, and worker relations has been invaluable. I express my gratitude to the association for their contribution towards patient welfare", he said.

In addition, Chief Minister Shri Sai shared the story of a truck driver afflicted with a tumor post-accident. "Upon learning of his plight, I ensured his treatment at Delhi AIIMS, where the doctors removed his 16 kg tumor, saying that this is a first-of-its-kind case", he said.

Highlighting Prime Minister Shri Modi's visionary leadership, Chief Minister Shri Sai stated "Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's idea is to make our country the world's guru again, to call this country a 'Sone ki Chidiya' again, and to realize the dream of a developed India. Efforts in this direction are also proving fruitful. Before 2014, our country's economy was at 11th place, in these 10 years it has come to 5th place, and in the next 5 years, it will be at the third place. A developed India necessitates a developed Chhattisgarh, requiring contributions from every citizen."

Addressing the gathering, Revenue Minister Shri Tank Ram Verma commended the noble initiative, mentioning the importance of collective efforts in serving the underprivileged. MLA Shri Guru Kushwant Sahib, Shri Anuj Sharma, Shri Ram Pratap Singh and office bearers of the association were also present on the occasion. During this, Chairman Shri Anjay Shukla led the conduct of the stage during the event.
