 Godhan NYAY Yojana : A new ray of hope for Subri

 The Chhattisgarh Government’s ambitious Godhan NYAY Yojana is playing an important role in empowering women financially. Mrs. Subri Kudami, a beneficiary, and resident of Nannar village panchayat in Bastar district's Tokapal development block, also received financial stability under the Godhan NYAY Yojana.  Subri, who hails from an agricultural family, stated that she works as a cow dung seller and makes manure from cow dung under the Godhan NYAY Yojana. This scheme is run by the Chhattisgarh government under the Suraji Gaon Yojana. She has earned a total income of Rs. 56983, including Rs. 26190 obtained by selling 13095 quintals of cow dung in Nainnar Gauthan and a dividend of Rs. 17698 from the manufacture of manure from cow dung.

 Mrs. Subri Kudami stated that there are six members in her family, which includes her husband and five children. She used the money to meet her household expenses and educate her children. She further stated that now she feels more confident and self-sufficient due to the financial stability received from this scheme. For this, she expressed her gratitude to the Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, and the schemes launched by the current government for the welfare of the people.
