Differently Abled Ram Sunder expressed happiness on receiving a motorized tricycle

This is the story of Mr. Ram Sundar hailing from Bhelkachh village of Pratappur district. His life took a turn 3 years ago when he met with an accident while driving and suffered a serious spinal injury. The nerve passing through the spinal cord was compressed in the injury, causing his lower body to stop functioning. Mr. Ram Sundar says that after the accident, he was admitted to the sub-health center of Pratappur, from where he was referred to the district hospital and then to Ambikapur district hospital for treatment. But the situation could not improve. On the basis of his 90 percent disability, the Medical Board granted him a handicapped certificate. To get rid of this disparity and live a better life, Mr. Ram Sundar presented his grievance before Collector Mr. Sanjay Agrawal with an application. Collector Mr. Sanjay Agrawal immediately took it into consideration and directed the Deputy Director to provide a tricycle as soon as possible. Following this, a motorized tricycle was provided to the differently-abled Mr. Ram Sundar by the Social Welfare Department. Along with this, Mr. Ram Sundar was provided with a ration card by the Food Department due to his disability. This positive step by the district administration will undoubtedly change his life.  Mr. Ram Sundar expressed gratitude to the district administration for providing him a motorized tricycle. Expressing his happiness, he stated that it has re-infused enthusiasm into his life and boosted his self-confidence. Now with this tricycle, I can support my family's livelihood.
