Raipur : A delegation of Chhattisgarh State Administrative Service Association paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today at the Chief Minister's residence office. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also formally released the first edition of the association's magazine "Seva Shikhar".
The role of the State Administrative Service was described as a strong pillar of governance
During the meeting, Chief Minister Shri Sai praised the officers of the State Administrative Service and said that the successful implementation of the state's schemes and programs is possible on the ground through them only. He said that the loyalty, dedication and sensitivity of these officers are very important in effectively conveying the policies and schemes of the government to the public. These are the values that strengthen the link between the government and the public and accelerate the development of the state.
"Seva Shikhar" magazine was described as a strong platform of ideas
Chief Minister Shri Sai expressed happiness over the publication of the first edition of the "Seva Shikhar" magazine and called it a meaningful platform for the administrative officers of the state. He said that this magazine will provide an opportunity to the officers to share their experiences, views and suggestions, which will create a lively and interactive administrative environment. Chief Minister Shri Sai congratulated the State Administrative Service Association for the publication of the magazine and expressed hope that this initiative will prove helpful in promoting service spirit, accountability and transparency. He appealed to the officers to discharge their duties with full honesty and integrity, so that the benefits of the government schemes can reach the last person in the true sense.
On this occasion, President of Chhattisgarh State Administrative Service Association Shri Ajay Tripathi, Vice President Shri Umashankar Bande, Treasurer Shri Naveen Bhagat, Editor of Seva Shikhar magazine Dr. Abhinav Mishra along with Shri Apoorv Priyesh Toppo, Shri Nand Kumar Choubey, Ms. Archana Pandey, Mrs. Divya Vaishnav, Shri Brijesh Kshatriya, Dr. Subhash Raj, Dr. Dhananjay Kumar Netam and Shri Ghanshyam Kanwar were present.
