Governor Shri Ramen Deka Unfurls National Flag, Takes Salute at Parade
Raipur : On the auspicious occasion of the 77th Republic Day, the main state-level event was organized today at Police Parade Ground in the capital city Raipur, where Governor Shri Ramen Deka unfurled the National Flag and took the salute of an impressive parade.
During the parade inspection, Chief Secretary Shri Vikas Sheel and Director General of Police Shri Arun Dev Gautam were also present on the dais, marking the solemnity and administrative significance of the occasion.
Extending heartfelt greetings to the people of the state on Republic Day, Governor Shri Deka said that this sacred occasion inspires citizens to faithfully discharge their constitutional duties while strengthening the unity and integrity of the nation. He observed that Republic Day stands as a living symbol of India’s great democratic tradition and the rich legacy of its constitutional values, reminding the nation of the ideals upon which the Republic was founded.
