8 Cosmetics business organizations fined Tk 89,000 and fake cosmetics worth Tk 2.5 lakh were arrested in a mobile court in Bismillah Tower's cosmetic shops of Noakhali Super Market, Town Hall and Maijadi Bazar. The court was administered by Md. Roknuzzaman Khan (Ruknuzzaman Khan Rukon and Ruhul Amin Rijbi), Executive Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner's Office, Noakhali assisted in running mobile courts - Deoband Sinha, Assistant Director, National Consumer Rights Protection Sudharam Model Police Station Police assisted in protecting the Department, Noakhali and law and order.

On the basis of secret information, the operation was conducted at Tanaha Beauty Cosmetics in the Town Hall area of ​​Noakhali District. In the meantime, a large quantity of sticky non-stick stickers were seized and the owner of Tanah Beauty cosmetics Md Tanvir (30) was fined Tk 40,000 under section 37 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009. After the raid in Bisamillah Tower of Bisamilah Tower, a huge quantity of counterfeit goods were seized and the owner of Kajalesh Cosmetics owner Mohammad Solaiman (23) was fined 40 thousand taka under section 37 and 52 of Consumer Protection Act.

On the fourth floor of the Noakhali Super Market, six cosmetics including nine cosmetics, daily cosmetics, diet cosmetics, smart cosmetics, update cosmetics, and lamia cosmetics were fined 9 thousand taka and huge quantity of non-stacked counterfeit goods were seized in the shops of cosmetics.

In today's operation, a total of 8 Cosmetic Business Institutions have been fined Tk 89,000 and non-sterilized counterfeit goods of 2.5 million taka have been seized.
