Raipur : A seminar was organised at Chief Minister's residence in the capital Raipur today on the 300th birth anniversary of Punyashlok Queen Ahilyabai Holkar. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai presided over the seminar. Madhya Pradesh Government's Panchayat and Rural Development and Labour Minister Shri Prahlad Singh Patel addressed the seminar as the keynote speaker. Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Shri Tokhan Sahu and Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam also attended the seminar. Intellectuals, social workers, doctors, engineers, architects, lawyers and litterateurs from various sections were also present in large numbers in the seminar.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, while recalling the contributions of Rajmata Rani Ahilyabai Holkar in the seminar, called her a symbol of cultural unity and good governance of India. He called the nearly 30 years of rule of Rani Ahilyabai Holkar as the golden age of public welfare, nation building and justice. He said that despite being the queen of Indore, Rajmata did not limit herself to any one geographical boundary. She built temples and dharamshalas across the country. She led the Holkar dynasty for three decades, realizing the concept of Ramrajya.

Chief Minister Shri Sai described the contribution of Rani Ahilyabai Holkar in the reconstruction of Kashi Vishwanath temple as historic. In accordance with the wish of Peshwa Madhavrao, Rajmata respected the sentiments of crores of devotees by rebuilding this temple. She also took a historic decision to rebuild the Somnath temple, which became a symbol of cultural restoration of India. Shri Sai said that today Indore is leading in cleanliness in the country, the inspiration behind this is the good governance established by Rajmata. She was a lover of justice. She did not even refrain from punishing her family members for justice.

Addressing the seminar as the keynote speaker, Madhya Pradesh Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Shri Prahlad Singh Patel said that Rani Ahilyabai Holkar raised the voice of religious authority and justice during her 28-year rule from 1767 to 1795. She did many exemplary works in her life amidst all the adversities. She set examples of good use of public money and treasury during her rule. She never spent any amount of royal power on herself. Shri Patel said that Rani Ahilyabai Holkar never lived in the palace after the death of her husband. She spent her life in a hut. For justice, she sentenced her son to death. During her rule, she allowed widows to adopt sons. Due to the welfare and people-friendly works of Rani Ahilyabai Holkar, the people of her state gave her the status of Lokmata.

MLA Shri Kiran Dev and former Deputy Speaker of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Shri Narayan Chandel also highlighted the personality, works and characteristics of Rani Ahilyabai Holkar's reign in the seminar. He said that Rani Ahilyabai Holkar has left an indelible mark in Indian history through her good governance, justice and public welfare works. Today, through the seminar, we are remembering her thoughts. Her works inspire us for social harmony and public service. This seminar will encourage today's generation to contribute to nation building.

In the seminar, the officials of Dhankar Samaj presented an oil painting of Rani Ahilyabai Holkar to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. MLAs Shri Sunil Soni, Motilal Sahu and Purandar Mishra, Chairman of State Youth Commission Shri Vishwa Vijay Singh Tomar, Mayor of Raipur Municipal Corporation Smt. Meenal Chaubey, former minister Shri Premprakash Pandey, former Chairman of CSIDC Shri Chhagan Mundhra and Shri Shankar Agarwal, along with officials of many corporations, boards, commissions and youth were present in large numbers in the seminar.

Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai today participated in the Sushasan Camp organized in village Bhainsa of Raipur district. On this occasion, he flagged off the awareness chariot for the Vikasit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan running from 29 May to 12 June under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi across the country. He handed over the keys of 110 concrete houses built under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to the beneficiaries in the camp.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the Vikasit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan is being started. Scientists of the central government will also come in this campaign and will work in teams with the scientists of the state. We will work for agricultural development in the state by contacting more than 13 lakh farmers of the state in the coming days. He said that on the call of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, agricultural scientists and researchers will go from laboratory to field and make farmers aware about advanced and balanced agriculture and will also take suggestions from the farmers.

While addressing the Sushasan Shivir, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the Prime Minister has resolved that every poor person in the country should have a permanent house. To fulfill the resolution of the successful Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, our government has approved more than 18 lakh Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for the homeless and poor families of the state. Lakhs of people have got their permanent houses. Also, the construction of the remaining houses is going on. He said that all the remaining eligible people will also be added to Awas Plus Plus. He said that under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, an amount of Rs. 1000 per month is being transferred to the accounts of more than 70 lakh sisters in the state. The work of adding names to the scheme will soon be started for those whose names are not added.

Feedback taken from beneficiaries

Chief Minister Sai discussed with the beneficiaries in the Samadhan camp and took feedback of the schemes. Beneficiary Shri Chamar Singh Patel told the Chief Minister that keeping in mind the falling water level, apart from paddy cultivation, horticulture and crops with less water consumption and more income should be promoted. He also appealed to the farmers for organic farming. Mrs. Chandan thanked the Chief Minister for starting the Mahtari Vandan Yojana. She said that she uses the money of this scheme for the education of children as well as other needs.

Announcements of the Chief Minister

Chief Minister Shri Sai announced various development works worth about Rs 3.5 crore for the development of the area in the Samadhan camp. Among these, Rs 75 lakh for primary health center in village Bhaisa, Rs 75 lakh 23 thousand for high school building construction, Rs 55 lakh for water tank and pipeline extension, Rs 50 lakh for higher secondary school, Rs 20 lakh for compound and shed construction, Rs 42 lakh for pipeline extension in village Amodi, Rs 24 lakh for construction of three additional rooms in higher secondary school. On this occasion, he also announced opening of new police post in Bhainsa. Chief Minister also released Krishi Patrika in the camp. Under the schemes of Agriculture Department, grant cheques for agricultural equipment of beneficiaries, tricycles to Divyangjans, Kisan Credit Card were also provided in Samadhan Camp.

Union Minister of State Shri Tokhan Sahu and Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam while addressing the program stressed that research should not remain confined to the lab only, scientists should go to every village from the lab and provide information to the farmers. 100 scientists of the central government will come here, along with this the scientists and officers of various departments will hold 2 camps every day and will give information to the farmers about advanced and balanced farming. He appealed to the farmers of the state and said that as many farmers as possible should participate in this campaign. Discuss about what crop to grow in which field, how much fertilizer, seeds and medicine is needed and make agriculture advanced. He said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi thinks that the stronger our farmers are, the more powerful and strong the country will be. Local MLA Guru Khushwant Saheb also addressed the program and placed his demand before the Chief Minister for various development works in the area.

Collector Raipur Shri Gaurav Singh told in the Samadhan camp that 2,98,635 applications were received in the first phase in the district and 12,003 applications were received through camps, out of which 2,89,968 were of demands and 8641 were of complaints. All the applications have been resolved. Only 26 cases of complaints are pending. He informed that camps were also organized for making learning licenses in Samadhan camps. More than 5000 learning licenses have been made in these camps.

Interacts with Patients to Assess Quality of Healthcare Services

Raipur : As part of his continuous statewide visits to assess the impact of good governance and public welfare schemes, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today made a surprise inspection of the Ayushman Arogya Mandir located in Sahaspur Gram Panchayat of Bemetara district. Arriving unannounced, the Chief Minister reviewed the medical facilities available at the center and interacted directly with patients to understand their health conditions and experiences.

During his visit, Chief Minister spoke with Mitanin health workers and instructed them to actively promote institutional deliveries. He stated that institutional delivery is vital for ensuring safe motherhood and the health of newborns. He urged the Mitanins to spread awareness among women in villages and encourage them to opt for hospital deliveries.

Taking note of the rising temperatures, the Chief Minister directed the medical staff to ensure adequate stock of essential medicines and medical supplies. He firmly stated that there should be no negligence in healthcare services and that timely and quality treatment for the public is the topmost priority of the state government.

Interacting with villagers, Shri Sai reaffirmed the government's commitment to expanding healthcare services and strengthening facilities in all health centers across the state.

It is worth mentioning that under the ongoing Sushasan Tihar campaign, Chief Minister Shri Sai is personally inspecting key institutions related to education, health, and public welfare to ensure that government schemes reach the last person and that any grassroots-level shortcomings are addressed without delay.

Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today paid a surprise visit to Sahaspur village in Bemetara district, under Sushasan Tihar . During the visit, he visited the farm of a distinguished farmer Shri Rohit Sahu in the village.

Shri Sahu told the Chief Minister that he has been cultivating banana and papaya for the past nine years, earning profits in lakhs and providing employment to 15–20 people on his farm. He presented fresh bananas and papayas from his farm to the Chief Minister.

Farmer Shri Sahu informed that he is cultivating bananas on 5 acres and papayas on 3.5 acres of land. He is earning profits of approximately Rs 1.5 lakh per acre from bananas and up to Rs 1 lakh per acre from papayas. He added that these crops are far more profitable compared to paddy.

Impressed by the progressive approach, Chief Minister Shri Sai emphasised the need for farmers to move beyond paddy cultivation and explore other profitable crops. “The soil of Chhattisgarh is highly fertile. Farmers can earn greater profits through diversified farming,” he said.

Praising Shri Sahu’s efforts, the Chief Minister said that his model of cultivation is truly inspiring for all farmers across the state.

Janjgir gets a new tehsil building after 142 years

Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, who reached Janjgir on a surprise visit with the spirit of 'Samvad se Samadhan' under Sushasan Tihaar, gave a historic gift to the people of the district after 142 years. He inaugurated the newly constructed tehsil office building. The old tehsil building built in the year 1883 during the British rule has now become history, and in its place a new building equipped with state-of-the-art facilities has been dedicated to the public at a cost of Rs 4 crore 21 lakh. The Chief Minister said that the priority of the government is to ensure simple, easy and smooth access of services to the common people, and this new tehsil office is an important initiative in that direction. He informed that through this building, all the revenue related services will be available to the citizens of 54 villages and 24 Patwari Halkas of the area in the same premises.

All the facilities required for the efficient operation of administrative and judicial work have been developed in the new tehsil building. In this, services like caste, residence, income certificate will be provided through the Public Service Center, while the dispatch and voice of documents will be ensured as per rules in the incoming-outgoing branch. Nazir branch has been established for maintenance of judicial documents, Election branch for election related works, Kanungo branch for land and revenue records and Maljamadar room for revenue recovery and financial management. Also, well-equipped rooms have been made in the office building for administrative and judicial works of Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsildar, Additional Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar.

On this occasion, Finance Minister Mr. O.P. Raipur : Under "Su-Shasan Tihar 2025" celebrations, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai made a surprise visit to Karigaon in Sakti district today, leaving the villagers astonished and overjoyed. Contrary to the pre-planned schedule that designated Limgaon as the landing site, the Chief Minister’s helicopter descended near Bandora village, catching the administrative team unprepared. Officials, who had been making arrangements in Limgaon, were compelled to swiftly shift all preparations to Karigaon.

Under the shade of a peepal tree in Karigaon, Chief Minister Shri Sai held an informal chaupal, engaging directly with the villagers. Seated on a traditional cot, he listened attentively to the concerns of the residents in a relaxed setting. Women villagers welcomed him warmly with aarti, haldi-chawal tilak, and presented him with lotus flowers from the nearby Paithu pond.

Chief Minister Shri Sai emphasised that good governance entails reaching out directly to the people, understanding their real circumstances, and providing prompt resolutions. “An administrative system can only be deemed successful when the voice of the last person in the queue reaches the seat of governance,” he remarked.

Among the surprised villagers was Dileshwari, a resident of Karigaon, who was left speechless upon seeing the Chief Minister standing before her. When Chief Minister asked about Mahtari Vandan Yojana, Dileshwari affirmed that the scheme had provided her vital financial support and acted as a strong pillar for her family’s needs.

During the visit, Shri Sai discussed a number of welfare schemes with the villagers including the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Mahtari Vandan Yojana, paddy bonus distribution, and the Ayushman Bharat health scheme. He not only collected feedback on the implementation of these schemes but also offered immediate solutions to certain grievances. He inspected a house built under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana by visiting the home of local resident Sonaibai.

Encouraging sustainable agricultural practices, the Chief Minister advised farmers to cultivate alternative crops during the summer season, stating that doing so would reduce water consumption and electricity bills, thereby increasing overall benefits for farmers. He reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to rural welfare and regional development.

Responding to local demands, Chief Minister Sai made several on-the-spot announcements, including construction of a new Panchayat Bhawan in Karigaon, weekly functioning of a Patwari office in the village, and beautification of the local Noni Maiya Devi Temple.

He also assured the villagers that all complaints regarding illegal land encroachments would be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law. Chief Minister was accompanied by Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain, Principal Secretary Shri Subodh Kumar Singh, and Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri P. Dayanand during the visit.

Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today reached the cinema hall of Magneto Mall in the capital Raipur to watch the special screening of Chhattisgarhi film 'Suhag'. Appreciating the acting of Padma Shri awardee and Dharsiwa MLA Shri Anuj Sharma, who played the lead role in the film, the Chief Minister said that I had launched the trailer of this film, and today I am extremely happy to see how beautifully Chhattisgarhi cinema is connected to its roots.

On this occasion, Cabinet Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, MP Smt. Roopkumari Chaudhary, MLA Shri Kiran Dev Singh, along with many public representatives and newly appointed chairpersons of commissions / boards were present.

Approval to BEML's heavy earth moving equipment plant

Local employment will be boosted

Raipur : The Chhattisgarh government has taken another important decision today towards taking the state to new heights of industrial and economic development. In a meeting of the Council of Ministers held at Mahanadi Mantralaya Bhawan under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) was given in-principle approval to set up a heavy earth moving equipment manufacturing plant in the state. For this plant, it has been decided to allot 100 acres of land adjoining the National Highway near Bilaspur, Champa at a token rate, with the aim of promoting local employment generation and micro-small industries.

The new Industrial Policy 2024-30 of the Chhattisgarh government, which came into effect from November 1, 2024, has made the state investor-friendly. The basic mantra of this policy is minimum governance, maximum incentive, under which the process of setting up industries has been made simple and transparent. Facilities like Single Window System 2.0, online application, and quick processing have eased the business environment in Chhattisgarh for entrepreneurs. The policy gives special impetus to sectors like pharmaceuticals, information technology, artificial intelligence, green hydrogen, semiconductors, and tourism.

Under this policy, attractive provisions like 30-50 percent subsidy, tax exemption for 5 to 12 years and interest subsidy have been made for the industries. Apart from this, B-spoke policy for units providing more than 1000 jobs and training grant of up to Rs 15,000 per person are also included. The government aims to create 5 lakh new jobs in the next five years, which is a big step towards making the local youth self-reliant.

The establishment of BEML's Heavy Earth Moving Equipment Manufacturing Plant will not only increase industrial activities in Chhattisgarh but will also create employment opportunities locally. The decision to allot 100 acres of land for this plant at a token rate reflects the government's commitment to investors. This move will promote micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as well as strengthen the local supply chain. This project will provide employment to thousands of people directly and indirectly, which will bring economic prosperity in both rural and urban areas.

The Chhattisgarh government has made several reforms to promote ease of doing business. Through the single window system, all approvals are being provided to the industries on a single platform, saving time and cost. The expansion of online facilities has also accelerated the establishment of industries. Entrepreneurs can now apply for various approvals sitting at home.

The Chhattisgarh government, led by Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, has taken meaningful initiatives to attract investments. Industrialists from India and abroad participated in the Investors Connect Meet held in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, resulting in investment proposals worth Rs 4 lakh 40 thousand crore. The agreement to invest Rs 6,000 crore in Mumbai Summit, Rs 15,184 crore in Delhi, and Rs 15,184 crore in Bengaluru in the energy sector has underlined the industrial potential of Chhattisgarh.

According to the Project Today Survey, in the financial year 2025, Chhattisgarh received an investment of Rs 1,63,749 crore in 218 new projects, which is 3.71 percent of the total investment in the country. This achievement has put Chhattisgarh among the top ten investment states in the country. Chief Minister Sai assured the industrialists that the Chhattisgarh government will provide all possible support with transparent and investor-friendly policies.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has said that the new industrial policy of Chhattisgarh not only promotes the establishment of industries, but also emphasizes on employment generation and economic prosperity. Our goal is to contribute to the creation of a developed India under Amritkal-Chhattisgarh Vision 2047 Nava Anjor. He said that the state is now emerging as an industrial and technological hub, coming out of the Naxal-affected image.

Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today attended the Adivasi Kanwar-Pankara Samaj Mahasabha and Annual Convention organized in Khallari village of Mahasamund district. On this special occasion, the representatives of Kanwar Samaj warmly welcomed the Chief Minister with traditional tribal customs. The Chief Minister inaugurated the Mahasabha by lighting a lamp in front of the statue of Mother Saraswati. On this occasion, the Chief Minister started his address with the slogan of Khallari Mai, Bharat Mata, Chhattisgarh Mahtari, Ram Janaki Bhagwan and Kanwar Samaj. Expressing gratitude towards the society, he prayed at Mata Khallari and Ram Janaki Temple and wished for the prosperity of the state.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai bowed to the land of forest satyagrahis and said that I have come to seek the blessings of all of you. On this occasion, the Chief Minister paid tribute to the martyrs of Jungle Satyagraha and honoured their family members by presenting them shawls and coconuts. On this occasion, he announced development works worth Rs. 55 lakh, which include Rs. 20 lakh for construction of shed in Ram-Janaki temple premises, Rs. 25 lakh for construction of hostel of Kanwar Samaj and Rs. 10 lakh for construction of fully equipped toilets.

The Chief Minister said that President Draupadi Murmu belongs to the tribal society. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is continuously working for the welfare of the tribes. PM Janman Yojana and Dharti Aba Gram Utkarsh Yojana have been started for the development and welfare of tribals and special backward tribes. He appealed to the society to give priority to education and take steps towards de-addiction. Chief Minister Shri Sai called upon the youth of the society to become self-reliant by taking advantage of skill development and government schemes.

The Chief Minister said that many development works have been done by our government in 15 months. Immediately after the swearing-in, 18 lakh Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana were approved, out of which 14 lakh houses have been completed. The Prime Minister inaugurated 3 lakh houses in a single day. 21 quintals of paddy was purchased per acre from the farmers and Rs 12 thousand crore was provided as the difference in the price of paddy. 70 lakh women are being given benefits under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana.

Chief Minister handed over the keys of PM housing to 10 beneficiaries

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai symbolically handed over the keys of the house to 10 beneficiaries of Kanwar community and wished them a happy housewarming. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin, 21 thousand 875 houses have been approved with the aim of providing permanent housing to all the eligible beneficiaries in the district. Currently, a survey of new families is being conducted, in which 32 thousand 565 have been surveyed in the district.

25 beneficiaries got rights records

Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai handed over rights records to 25 beneficiaries and discussed with them. He said that now there will be no problem after getting the rights records. It is noteworthy that ownership cards are being provided in the district to the families residing in the inhabited land located in rural revenue villages. Dhamtari district ranks first in the entire state in the distribution of ownership cards.

So far, 17 thousand 354 ownership cards have been prepared in 143 villages of Dhamtari district. Out of these, 11 thousand 551 cards have been distributed in two phases. This also includes 3 thousand 134 cards of 21 villages of Magarlod tehsil. Instructions were given on effective implementation of new criminal laws and quality of crime investigation

Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today reviewed the work of the Home Department at the Secretariat Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur. Chief Minister Shri Sai directed to give top priority to the effective implementation of the new criminal law Indian Justice Code (BNS) implemented by the Government of India. He said that these laws will not only bring reforms in the justice system, but will also help in creating fear in criminals and confidence in the general public.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that effective understanding of these laws and practical training is essential for the police force, prosecution officers and other related personnel. He directed that workshops and seminars should be organized in a phased manner in all the districts, in which training should be given through case study and mock trial.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister laid special emphasis on making the crime investigation system more effective, scientific and authentic. He said that in criminal cases, not only arrests should be made, but investigation should be completed on the basis of accurate and strong evidence so that the accused can be punished. The Chief Minister also said that investigation officers should be made proficient in the use of modern research techniques, digital forensics, CCTNS system and scientific equipment.

Providing timely justice to the victims is the priority of the state government and for this, transparency, promptness and technical efficiency in the investigation process are essential. In view of the increasing challenge of cyber crimes, Chief Minister Shri Sai also directed to make the cyber cell technically capable and to run a campaign to connect the public with cyber awareness.

Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai has issued a letter to all the District Collectors and directed to organize “Sushasan Tihar-2025”. This Tihar will be organized in three phases with the aim of strong establishment of good governance in the state, quick solution of public problems, review of public welfare schemes and strengthening public dialogue.

Chief Minister Shri Sai clarified that the government is committed to the establishment of transparency, effectiveness and public-friendly administration at every level of governance. Through this Tihar, the government-administration will directly connect with the general public and solve their problems in a timely manner.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai said that our government is continuously working to establish good governance in the state. Effective initiatives are being taken at the government-administration level to ensure transparency in government work at every level of governance, effective implementation of government schemes and programs, and prompt benefit of these to reach those sections of the society for whom the schemes are being run.

Chief Minister Shri Sai has written a letter to all the District Collectors and given necessary guidelines regarding the conduct of Sushasan Tihar-2025. He has said that the objectives of organizing “Sushasan Tihar-2025” are to ensure timely resolution of problems of the general public, review the implementation of public welfare schemes of the government and to speed up development works as well as establish direct communication with the general public, public representatives and various social organizations.

Sushasan Tihar-2025 to be organized in three phases

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Sushasan Tihar-2025 will be organized in three phases. In the first phase, applications will be received from the general public from 08 April to 11 April 2025. In the second phase, the applications received will be resolved within about a month. In the third and final phase, Samadhan camps will be organized between 05 May to 31 May 2025. Detailed guidelines are being issued and a portal is being created to make this festival well organized and effective. Innovations can also be done according to the traditions, needs and circumstances of each district, so that this festival becomes more public-friendly and effective.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has directed all the District Collectors that applications will be received from the general public regarding their problems from 08 April to 11 April 2025 at the Gram Panchayat headquarters and urban body offices from 10 am to 5 pm. Samadhan boxes will be kept at these places, so that people can write their problems and complaints without hesitation and put them in it. Arrangement of Samadhan boxes should also be made at the district and development block headquarters level to receive applications.

Applications can also be collected in haat bazaars as per requirement. There will also be a system in the portal to receive online applications. Common Service Centre can also be used to receive online applications. Information about giving a code to each application will be available on the portal. Blank application forms in the prescribed format (with village-wise/urban body-wise code) can be printed and made available to the villagers.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that each application will be registered in the portal and uploaded online, along with this, an acknowledgement will be given to the applicant. The Collector can put officers/employees on duty as per requirement to provide assistance to the public in writing the application. These dates should be widely publicized through various mediums.

Resolution of applications

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that all the received applications will be scanned and uploaded in the software and sent online and physically to the officers of the concerned district/district/urban body. The concerned department/officer will ensure the resolution of these applications in about a month. Applications related to demand will be resolved on the basis of availability of budget. The quality of resolution of these applications should be analyzed at the district and state level.

Organization of Samadhan Camp

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that during 05 May to 31 May 2025, Samadhan camps will be organized in every 08 to 15 panchayats, in which applicants will be informed about the status of their applications. Samadhan camps will also be organized in urban bodies as per the need. Information about the date of organizing the camps should be given to the applicants through SMS and through the receipt of the application, along with this, these dates should also be widely publicized. The applications received in these camps should also be entered in the portal and the applications which can be resolved in the camp should be done in the camp, the remaining applications should be resolved in one month and the applicants should be informed.

Information about various public welfare schemes will be given in the camps and application forms/documents of beneficiary-oriented schemes will be made available. A block level officer should be made in-charge for each camp, who will ensure proper operation of the camp. All the officers of the block and section level will be present in the Samadhan camps, some officers from the district level will also be present. Similar arrangements should be made in the camps of urban bodies.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that he himself, Deputy Chief Ministers, Ministers, Chief Secretary, Secretary-in-charge and State Government officials will also attend some camps and meet the applicants there and get information about their problems and solutions. Information technology will be used extensively to make this festival more effective. Proper training will be arranged for taking applications, their entry, monitoring and solution processes.

Public representatives will participate

The District Collector will ensure that local MPs, MLAs and other public representatives participate in this festival and necessary information is made available to them on time.

Surprise inspection of development works

The Chief Minister said that he will conduct surprise inspection of the implementation of various development works and schemes going on in the state. Feedback will be taken about the benefits people are getting from various schemes. Ministers-in-charge, Secretaries-in-charge will also adopt this process at their level.

Organizing a review meeting

After noon, there will be a meeting with the officials at the district headquarters, in which the status of redressal of applications received in the Samadhan camps and the implementation of various schemes and projects will be reviewed, as well as the upcoming action plan will be discussed. Point-wise review sheets will be provided from the state level.

Press conference and meeting with various organizations and citizens

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that after the review meeting or at an appropriate time, he will address a press conference and meet various organizations and citizens.

Hospital to start in Kudargarh Dham

Chief Minister Shri Sai performed the Bhoomi Pujan of the ropeway to be built in Kudargarh Dham. This ropeway will be ready in two years. On this occasion, he made many important announcements for the development of Kudargarh Dham. He announced construction works worth Rs 1 crore 50 lakh including Rs 50 lakh each for construction of administrative building and fully equipped community building and Rs 50 lakh for construction of stairs and drinking water facility in Gadhwatiyan Mata Mandir. Bhoomi Pujan-Foundation stone laying of works worth more than Rs 105 crore

Chief Minister Shri Sai, while addressing the devotees, prayed to Mata Kudargadhi for peace, prosperity and well-being of the state and wished the devotees a Happy Chaitra Navratri. On this occasion, he performed Bhoomi Pujan and inaugurated 43 development works worth more than Rs 105 crore. Chief Minister Shri Sai flagged off the Sushasan Rath for Bhatgaon Assembly constituency, which will promote the schemes of the state government.

Rs 148 crore approved under Swadesh Darshan Yojana for Bhoramdev temple

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that religious tourism is being promoted in the state. On the proposal of the state government, the Government of India has approved Rs 148 crore under the Swadesh Darshan Yojana for the development of the famous Bhoramdev temple of Chhattisgarh. A plan has been made on the lines of Char Dham for the development of five Shaktipeeths of the state, Kudargarh of Surajpur, Chandrahasini of Chandrapur, Maa Mahamaya of Ratanpur, Maa Bamleshwari of Dongargarh and Maa Danteshwari Shaktipeeth of Dantewada. Tirtha Darshan Yojana has been restarted by the state government.

Under this scheme, senior citizens above 60 years of age as well as widows, abandoned women and disabled people will get the benefit of pilgrimage. He said that eligible citizens were appealed to take full advantage of this scheme. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that under Shri Ramlala Ayodhya Dham Darshan Yojana, more than 22 thousand devotees visited Ramlala. He said that during the Kumbh in Prayagraj, a pavilion of Chhattisgarh was built, where free arrangements were made for accommodation and food for the devotees of Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Shri Sai, while mentioning the efforts being made towards making the state Naxal-free, said that along with rehabilitation schemes in Naxal-affected areas, inclusive development is also being promoted. Basic facilities like education, health, roads, electricity, drinking water are being provided in the interior areas. People are being linked to employment. Under the Niyad Nellnar Scheme in Bastar region, along with basic facilities in Naxal-affected areas, villagers are being benefited from the schemes of the Central and State Government. Programs like Bastar Olympics and Bastar Pandum were also organized here.

On this occasion, Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam, Food Minister Shri Dayal Das Baghel, Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Raipur : Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai attended the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected President of Jashpur Municipal Council, Arvind Bhagat, along with councilors from 20 wards, held at Swami Atmanand Government Boys Higher Secondary School in Jashpur. Extending his congratulations, CM Sai encouraged the new representatives to work with complete dedication towards maintaining cleanliness, ensuring well-ordered governance, and promoting the overall prosperity of the city. He emphasized that meeting the expectations of the citizens would be their highest responsibility and urged them to actively contribute to the progress of Jashpur.

Highlighting the importance of sustainable urban development, CM Sai called upon the councilors to play a proactive role in improving sanitation, strengthening basic infrastructure, and contributing to the vision of a smart city. He stressed that collaboration between the local administration and citizens would be instrumental in transforming Jashpur into a model city. Following the oath-taking ceremony, distinguished guests were honored with mementos in recognition of their contributions.

The event was attended by several prominent dignitaries, including Vice President of the Surguja Tribal Development Authority Gomti Sai, MLA Raimuni Bhagat, District Panchayat President Salik Sai, District Panchayat Vice President Shaurya Pratap Singh Judev, Surguja Division Commissioner Narendra Dugga, Inspector General Ankit Garg, Collector Rohit Vyas, Superintendent of Police Shashimohan Singh, along with senior officials, public representatives, and a large number of citizens.
