Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today inaugurated a three-day health camp organized within the premises of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. Present on this occasion were the Leader of the Opposition, Dr. Charandas Mahant; Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal; along with senior officials and staff members of the Health Department.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai conveyed a powerful message regarding health awareness by personally undergoing a health check-up at the camp. He stated that, given modern lifestyles characterized by reduced physical activity, various types of ailments are on the rise; consequently, regular health check-ups have become absolutely essential.

Chief Minister Shri Sai remarked that by undergoing periodic health examinations, individuals can remain vigilant in a timely manner, adopt necessary precautions, and thereby protect themselves from serious diseases. He emphasized that healthy citizens constitute the very foundation of an empowered society and a prosperous state.
Applauding this initiative undertaken by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Dr. Raman Singh, Chief Minister Shri Sai observed that such health camps not only raise public awareness but also inspire people to take greater responsibility for their own health. Also present on this occasion were the Secretary of the Health Department, Shri Amit Kataria; the Director of Health Services, Shri Sanjeev Kumar Jha; the Managing Director of CGMSC, Shri Ritesh Agarwal; along with other officials and staff members.
